Members Hospitality

Sky Stadium members have the opportunity to purchase hospitality packages into the Members Club at most events.

For formal dining, members may purchase dining for themselves at one per membership and guest packages at two per membership, unless otherwise stated. At non-exclusive events, additional packages may be available and we encourage you to enquire.

 

Hospitality must be purchased in advance of the event. A booking form is provided below.

Guest Passes

Guest passes are available at most events (excludes NZ Rugby fixtures) to upgrade guests to the Members Club who already have an entry ticket.

These are usually $25 for 4-16 year olds and $50 for adults. 1 guest pass per membership held.

Please see the Level 1 Members Helpdesk on event day or call reception on 04 473 3881 in advance to arrange. Sky Stadium is a cash-less venue. Guests must have their own entry ticket.

For concerts, these must be organised at least two business days prior to the event as there are no sales on the day.

Below are options which include an entry ticket for your guests, along with a food and beverage component.

Dining packages

Enjoy pre-match formal dining. Guest packages include:

  • Formal dining pre-match/event start

  • Corporate VIP gate entry

  • Entry ticket with match seating in the Level 4 Members Club's tiered seats

  • Use of the Members Club facilities for the duration of the event

  • Terms & conditions apply

 

Available at two per membership held for guest packages, and one per membership held for dining only (where the member will use their membership card for stadium entry and Members Club access). Additional packages available at public price where available (excludes NZ Rugby fixtures).

Booking Request

E-tickets will be provided for entry to Sky Stadium ahead of the event where relevant. Please ensure your email address is correct. Guest passes (where applicable) and dining passes/food and beverage vouchers will be available to collect from the venue on the event day.

Please do not complete this form for NZ Rugby international fixtures. Further information is available here.

Submitting a form confirms your request for hospitality. No payment will be taken at this time as we need to ensure there is availability first.

 

Once you submit your form we will create an invoice and be in contact to arrange payment. Bookings for formal hospitality are on a first-come, first-served basis with a maximum of 200 spaces available.

Additional credit card charges of 2.3% will be charged per transaction $1000 inc. GST and over. Payment must be received before booking is confirmed. No cancellations or refunds once booking has been processed and confirmed. Terms and conditions apply.
